My first week comprised of several long days where our brains got stuffed with an enormous amount of information, we stripped down every detail, went over questions and concerns, found out SA's have been spat on, bitten, screamed at and expo visitors who have decided that it was alright for their children to use the carpet as a toilet. I love my job already! :-D I really hope I don't have to radio in "This is Susan, we have an uh-oh in overture copy"
