I love my new shoes

I think that today was also another good day, and why is that?
1) Went to class (just the lab)
2) deposited some money
3) ate a panini
4) bought stuff
5) volunteered my time for Obama
I served food with Marian, and Jessica from 4-9 pm and there were hundreds of white people, white rich people might I add at this beautiful modern house right by Fairview, and I"m surprised I never noticed this beautiful house. Anyways, the first thing we did was we got picked up at Fairview and the lady complimented our attire (black dress pants and polo shirts) I love my shoes; Anne Klein wedge heel loafers. I feel sexy.
So we get there, and we are amazed by this house that is pretty much like the ones in films, it felt like a modern art gallery and the most spectacular view of the Flatirons. The first thing that we noticed was this guy who was prepping up food in the kitchen, his name we later discover is Padriac. He was cute.
So we helped prep up food, make everything ready for war!
We served food basically. and then I noticed the guys who were bartending (Padriac, John, and Nelson) Nelson was very attractive, and I brought hor d'oeuvres over to them because they were always making drinks and never got a chance to eat. I brought food over and Nelson was thrilled by the site of food, and I said to him, "i'll bring other delicous things for you guys"
and he winked at him and pointed at me.
So I continued to serve food and migrate to the bartenders, and Nelson made me a drink which he poured in a 'special cup' aka soda can. It was good, and he thought I downed the entire drink, but I didn't.
We talked about college, life, volunteering for a bunch of white stingy people, and I was just flirting with him.
He saw Marian, and I said that she was my friend (when she wasn't there we were talking about...wow big mistake for volunteering...and we thought it would be fun...)
and then he said "hey come back later when ur hands are not full and i'll give u booze"
Marian thought ...and Jess thought the guys were so attractive.

Tim called me during the time Maya obama was speaking, I was thrilled. We talked for a bit, he mentioned how beautiful Michelle Obama was, we talked about tomorow and he's coming to the lazy to see the match ...and we talked about chinese class...it was lovely
